I had a problem with the app and wasn’t expecting support to get back to me that fast, but they did. It wasn’t fixed right away, I had to send one more message, but that’s not a huge deal. Anyway, they were helpful and it got sorted, so overall I’m happy with it.

Getting the app and adapter set up was alright, but it definitely wasn’t super smooth. The instructions made sense for the most part, but I had to retry the connection a couple times before it finally worked. It seems to be running fine now, so that’s good, but I do feel like the setup could be easier. Also, I never got any follow-up afterward to make sure everything was working, which was kind of disappointing.

This app still works fine most days, but it definitely used to be better. Lately I’ve noticed pages loading slower than they used to, and every now and then the app glitches for no obvious reason. It’s not unusable, just not as reliable as I remember.

"I picked up the Carly OBD..."
I picked up the Carly OBD adapter for my BMW, it connected way quicker than I thought it would. I just plugged it in, opened the app, and it found the adapter in about a minute. I didn’t have to mess around with Bluetooth settings much at all.
I’ve used it a few times now, and the connection’s been solid every time. That was the main thing I was worried about before buying it. So far, I’m happy with mycarly.com, and the adapter does what it’s supposed to do.

Afterward, I checked my account just to be sure, and everything had updated right away. Not a big dramatic experience, but it worked as it should, and I’m happy with that.

I used mycarly.com recently, and from what I remember, the pricing was really straightforward to follow.
I’m usually a bit cautious with sites like this because extra fees can show up right at the end, but I don’t recall anything like that happening here. The cost was laid out clearly before I paid.
Overall, it felt fair and simple. Looking back, I appreciated not having to click around forever just to figure out what I was actually going to be charged.

I picked up the Carly adapter recently, mostly because I’d been meaning to check a few things on my car and kept putting it off. the build quality surprised me. It feels really solid in the hand and doesn’t have that cheap, hollow plastic feel some adapters have. When I plugged it in, it fit snugly and didn’t feel loose or wobbly at all. I’ve used a couple of other OBD adapters over the years, including one I had sitting in my glovebox forever, and those felt a lot flimsier compared to this. So far, I’m happy with it and it seems like something that should hold up well.

The instructions on Carly OBD were okay overall. I was able to follow most of it without too much trouble, and some parts made sense right away.
A few steps were unclear though, almost like they expected me to already know what to do. I had to go back and reread a couple things and kind of guess, but it worked in the end. It just could’ve been explained a bit better.

Logging in and managing my account feels secure, and I haven’t started getting weird emails or anything after signing up. I’ve used the Carly app a handful of times, and to be fair, it mostly does what I needed it to do. But the speed can be frustrating. Sometimes it takes longer than it should to connect or load results, and you kind of start wondering if the app is actually doing much in the background or just making you wait. When it works, it’s definitely helpful, but it could feel a lot smoother. Not a terrible app, just not quite as polished as I expected...

I ordered from mycarly.com and, i wasn’t really expecting much when it came to shipping speed. But the package showed up in just a few days, which was a nice surprise. Everything was packed fine too, so no complaints there. I didn’t have to keep checking for updates or contact anyone, it just arrived. I’m still a little cautious about praising it too much after one order, but this experience was definitely good and I’d probably order again.
